Modular and Chain Belts

Slat & Conveyor Chains

Conveyor chains are available in both straight-running and radius/side-flexing versions and run on most systems and sprockets on the market today. Depending on the specific application needs, various groups of chain types are available: Slat Top Chains, Snap-on Chains, Low Back Pressure chains, Flexi Chains, Case Chains and Multiflex Chains

Modular Belts

There are three main types of modular belts available: straight belts, radius belts and spiral belts. Plastic modular belts are assembled in a bricklay pattern. This feature allows the construction of virtually any width and length. Our custom-made belts are available with flights and side guards as an integral part of the belt.

Flight Modules

Flight modules are injection-molded one-piece designs that become an integral part of the belt when assembled. The flights prevent the product from slipping back while being moved upwards. Side guards positioned at the edges of the belt stop loose goods from falling off. Please contact us for details about standard and clip-on side guards.

Guides for Roller Chains and Belts

Guides complement modular belts to improve performance and to reduce maintenance of roller chains. Guides ensure plastic chains track properly on straight and around curves.

Sprockets and Idlers

Injection-molded sprockets have a specific open design that allows easy access for sanitation across the width of the conveyor shafts. Smooth lines and rounded corners eliminate virtually all areas where debris can be trapped.

Wear Strips and Guides

Wear strips supports and guides curved and straight tracks that are extruded or machined, are used in many industries. These items represent an ideal complement to modular belts, slat and conveyor chains and timing belts.
